Ok starting to upload the book to blog page by page though the earlier pages i may redo because they were a bit scetchy

If someone grows up and becomes a murderer what/who would be the true villian?

I'm surprised i never thought of this before but there was an animated series that i absolutely loved called 'Naoki Urasawa's Monster' which was about a Japanese brain surgeon who worked in Germany. He saved the life of a boy who was shot in the head. But it turned out that this boy was a sadistic murderer that used peoples fear to control them and make them murder people. The boy was the German government secret project of creating another better Hitler but the boy knew this and turned against them. It had brilliant twists and character development and if you do watch this you have to watch every episode otherwise the whole thing will not make sense especially the conclusion of the series.

Stressed

Argh stupid essay is going so wrong all my plans ideas falling through my fingers. Which will mean to plan B... annoying and more unessesary work to be put towards the essay. I really like the idea of getting the raw responces from the artists i like, but unfortuanatly either cant be contacted or havent replied an now its practically become too late to wait for it.

And on top of that i need to pull out more idea's for art damn it.
At least it still has been quite productive this week. Had a 'fun' interview/group tutorial, waited for replys, went out running and took a few pictures that i could use, waited for replys, started concepts for an art piece to represent myself, waited for replys, carried on with my little story, went out running so i could get some new ideas, carried on with bits and pieces of work and now currently banging my head against my desk wondering why the hell wont the artist reply to my emails!!!

So overall a pretty good week...

I'll be looking into people that are outside the steriotype or then look at the newspapers and just have fun with that.

Im planning on making the front page with this.

It'll be dead serious but then after reading it a whole you'll realise how much crap it is.

One of my sources of funny juice info will be 'Have i got news for you' and then all the newspapers i can make fun of.

Start of a new Project

Now its time for the *cough* real work its time to diecide and come up with a statement of intent (or whatever they want to call it) for my first proper independant practice. Yes i will probably change my mind once or twice with this project (17.5 to be a more precise estimate (if you want to find out why its that number i suggest doing a masters in maths (though i haven't))). But i will try and keep it grusome, gritty and nasty (with a pinch of twisted). So i hope no ones has had some fun with the teletubbys yet (think about it (a babies head stuck in a sun!!!)).

One maybe two last things that i shouldnt forget.

The artist David Mach and his awsome animal pieces one called 'Call of the wild, this time its revenge' and 'Dont give a fuck bears' innocent animals twisted into something of nightmares (though they look pretty funny) it gave me the idea of monsters as everyday objects then transformed into the different shaped bottles which came to human disfigurement.

And another artist which i cannot find his name anywhere and i forgot drew a series of monsters of which he had dreams of that spoke to him or something like that quite annoyed that i've forgot his name but the monster designs were excelent

Scraping the Scetchbook

Thinking of scraping the large scetchbook if im just gonna upload it all to this blog. Ill keep my small one of course but rather save space. This blog has practically turned into both my scetchbook and Journal.

Human drawing.

Been practicing drawing human anatomy for later use and for deforming the human body into somthing else maybe. Just like with my bottles but at least hold a better human resemblance. With this drawing i was just playing around to see how evil/creepy looking i can make it look without too much shading. Will upload other drawings from my scetchbook next chance i get.

More bottles! (But with names)

 Patchwork (Nightmare before chrismas) When i started drawing thats all i could see.

One of the thicker bottles couldn't really do much with it because i could hear it sizzling after a few seconds of  using the heat gun on it.

More bottles melted slightly but this time with different sizes and thickness.

I hate throwing stuff away so for my old stuff ive made a little spot where i can put it. Yes its a bit tacky but if i did everything perfect id lose the chance of improving anything. Though infact i like the tackyness i like how i can see where things are stuck to.

Painting practise

Tried a bit of painting and i was trying to give it a more fur like effect but now using a very bad choice of colour it looks a bit too metalic.

Printing

Printing practise before i created this blog i tried something simple like an image of broken glass then thought lets see what it would look like if i put too much in on the image. Thought it looked quite interesting had a third print but it went missing i pretty much just printed the same image without reinking it to see what would dissapear in the image.

More thinking.

At the end of this project i have started to have a go with the human anatamy. And how i could twist and bend it to make something else its on the very early stages so far.

Bottles improved

 

I dont know how these got so big but whatever. I've tried filling a few bottles with paint and water though i have the problem of a few of the bottles have holes in them because i went a little over the top.

Monster bottles.

Yes poor picturesa but hard to find a good place to take them, probably fill the bottles with paint to make it look better.
